Job Description: Senior Gen AI Engineer Job Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Hyderabad Role Summary:

The Gen AI Engineers will design and develop large language model (LLM)-based solutions to streamline customer onboarding, documentation, and knowledge workflows across Nat West’s Commercial Banking division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and fine-tune Gen AI models (LLMs) for summarization, document Q&A, and contextual insights.

  • Build APIs and microservices for AI integration into Nat West customer systems.

  • Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector store integration.

  • Work with architects and data scientists to operationalize AI safely.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Python, Lang Chain, OpenAI API (or Azure OpenAI), and vector databases.

  • Familiarity with financial domain data, customer due diligence (CDD/KYC), and document processing.

  • Understanding of model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
