Minimum of 6-8 years relevant work experience required for Assistant Director level Minimum of 7-10 years relevant work experience required for Director I level Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint This role requires strategic thinking, creative problem solving, business acumen, and technical delivery coordination to shape and incubate innovative concepts Understanding of commercial insurance concepts, underwriting process, and financial metrics Self-starter who takes the initiative to lead their own projects and can set a vision Ability to manage high degrees of complexity and ambiguity Strong collaboration / relationship-building skills Ability to work EST hours required Insurance strategy/innovation experience preferred
