Mission

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the guardian of the brand's DNA in the Taiwan market. You are responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy to drive brand heat, market share growth, and consumer engagement across all categories (Couture Makeup, Skincare, and Fragrance). You will act as a strategic partner to the BGM and lead a high-performing team to deliver "Beauty that moves the world."

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Brand Leadership

  • Define marketing roadmap for Taiwan in alignment with regional and global directions.
  • Lead the "Big Bets" (product launches) across Makeup, Skincare, and Fragrances, ensuring 360-degree integration (O+O).
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and white spaces.

2. O+O (Online + Offline) Marketing Excellence

  • Drive the digital transformation and E-commerce strategy to ensure a seamless consumer journey.
  • Oversee Media Planning (Search, Social, Programmatic) to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
  • Partner with the Commercial and Retail teams to create disruptive animations and consumer experiences in-store.

3. People Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a sizable marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and agility.
  • Identify talent gaps and drive individual development plans to build the next generation of L'Oréal leaders.

4. Financial & Operational Management

  • Manage the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget with high efficiency and accountability.
  • Own the forecasting process (demand planning) in collaboration with Supply Chain to ensure healthy stock levels for animations.
  • Present monthly performance reviews and strategic updates to the BGM and regional stakeholders.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with the Regional/Zone teams to influence product development and creative assets for the Taiwan market.
  • Work cross-functionally with CRM, PR, Digital, and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirement

  • 10+ years of robust marketing experience within the Beauty industry (Luxury segment preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing a high-performing team and developing talent.
  • Deep understanding of the Taiwan beauty market landscape and consumer behavior.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while maintaining an eye for detail and luxury execution.
  • Agility: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Language:Fluency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory (written and spoken) for regional reporting and local execution.
