Master Data Associate

The Master Data Operations Associate is responsible for processing master data requests across the Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance domains with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and control.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Graduate; Undergraduates are welcome to Apply
Relevant training in business operations, data processing, or shared services desirable.
Willing to work Onsite
Willing to work in BGC Taguig

Experience:

18 Months experience in master data, transactional processing, or related operational roles required.
Experience handling structured requests in a process-driven environment preferred.
Exposure to ERP, workflow, or service management systems desirable.
Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centre environments is an advantage.

Technical / Functional Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process steps accurately.
Basic understanding of data quality requirements and validation checks.
Ability to work within SOPs, controls, and defined service levels.
Working knowledge of business systems or request workflows.
Ability to manage routine transactional work with accuracy and consistency.
