Mendix Developer

We are seeking a Mendix Developer with 5-8 years of experience in low-code application development and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Mendix application design, development, integrations, deployment, and support. The candidate should be able to work independently within Agile teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality business applications aligned with industry best practices.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Mendix applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure application security, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and innovation within the development lifecycle.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Mendix Development

• Strong experience in designing and developing applications using:
  o Microflows
  o Nanoflows
  o Domain Models
  o Entities and Associations
  o XPath Constraints

• Experience implementing Mendix Workflows and Business Processes.

• Good understanding of Mendix Best Practices and Marketplace Modules.

• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

• 5–8 years of software development experience.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Mendix development experience.

• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.

• Exposure to managed services, application support, and DevOps practices is an advantage.
