SAP Datasphere Consultant

• A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.

• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.

• You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.

• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.

• You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

• Design and develop data models using SAP Datasphere

• Integrate data from SAP and non-SAP sources (S/4HANA, BW, ECC, HANA, third-party systems)

• Build semantic layers, views, and data products in Datasphere

• Collaborate with functional and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements

• Support data provisioning, data flows, and transformations

• Ensure data quality, performance, and governance standards

• Coordinate with analytics tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Troubleshoot and resolve data and performance issues

• 9+ years of experience in SAP Datasphere (or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud)

• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP architecture

• Experience with data modeling, SQL, and ETL concepts

• Understanding of SAP HANA, CDS views, and BW concepts

• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus

• Knowledge of data integration tools and APIs

• Good understanding of data security and access controls

• Should have good leadership, presentation and communication skills

• Should be good in working with onshore-offshore delivery model

• Should have the ability to handle client escalation

• Project delivery and Team management skill is mandatory

• Should have good troubleshooting skills
