Order Management Associate Manager

The Domestic Order Management Associate Manager is responsible for leading the domestic order management team in GCC Manila, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, strong customer and stakeholder support, and effective operational control across domestic order activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.

Relevant training in customer operations, order management, or business operations desirable.

Willing to work onsite

Willing to work in BGC Taguig:

Experience:

5 to 8 Years experience in order management, customer service, or related operational roles.

Experience working with stakeholders in a process-driven environment preferred.

Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centre environments is an advantage.

Technical / Functional Skills:

Good understanding of domestic/ export order management processes.

Ability to monitor service performance and resolve operational issues.

Good understanding of controls, escalation paths, and process discipline.

Working knowledge of ERP or order processing systems.

Strong reporting and issue tracking capability.
