Data Modeler

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with 5–9 years of expertise in designing and maintaining enterprise data models to support analytics, reporting, and operational systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, data warehousing, and data governance practices.

Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models based on business requirements.
Develop scalable and efficient database structures for transactional and analytical systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to define data requirements and solutions.
Create and maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineage documentation.
Design dimensional models such as Star Schema and Snowflake Schema for data warehousing solutions.
Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and adherence to enterprise data standards.
Optimize data models and database designs for performance and scalability.
Support data governance initiatives and enforce data modeling best practices.

5–9 years of hands-on experience in Data Modeling, Database Design, or Data Architecture.
Strong expertise in:
Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling

ER Modeling and Relational Database Design:

Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modeling:

Data Governance and Metadata Management:

Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or Azure SQL.
Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, Power Designer, or equivalent.
Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Education: Bachelor of Engineering
