Senior Process Lead

Completion of daily tasks incl. Trade Booking management, Trade Confirmation, Settlement & Fail management in accordance with market and risk criterion. Supporting any project demands in regards to either transition of business and/or Client led development of Trade Services offerings to satisfy our clients demands.
Proactively working with L&G stakeholders, Middle Office provider, Broker, Custodian and Vendors to ensure that all services are managed and risk is mitigated timely.

Work in partnership and collaboration with team members and outsourced provider to ensure daily tasks are completed in line with agreed service standards and deadlines (incl. accuracy, timeliness, and client service measures).
Assist the outsource provider with agreed retained services delivery for the respective service area.
Monitor the daily & weekly service delivery KPI / KRIs and escalate issues accordingly.

Education: Graduate
