Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior UX/UI Designer with expertise in User Experience Design, Visual Design, Product Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, AI-powered Content Creation, and Design Leadership. This role is ideal for a design professional who can lead end-to-end digital experience initiatives, translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences, and leverage emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Consulting, and Marketing teams to create engaging digital products, scalable design systems, compelling visual storytelling experiences, and customer-centric solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design initiatives across web, mobile, enterprise, and digital products.
Drive user-centered design processes, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and high-fidelity design.
Define, establish, and maintain scalable design systems, interaction patterns, and design standards.
Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready UI designs.
Design and develop product demos, explainer videos, motion graphics, animations, and multimedia storytelling assets.
Build engaging micro-interactions, UI animations, and immersive digital experiences.
Utilize AI-powered tools to create graphics, videos, voiceovers, prototypes, presentations, and other digital content.
Develop AI-assisted design workflows using prompt engineering, automation, and generative AI platforms.
Facilitate design thinking workshops, stakeholder sessions, brainstorming activities, and innovation initiatives.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, consultants, and business leaders to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
Present design concepts, recommendations, and prototypes to executive stakeholders and clients.
Mentor and coach junior designers while driving design excellence across the organization.
Champion accessibility, inclusive design principles, and best practices in user experience design.
Support business development and client engagement through compelling customer-facing demonstrations, prototypes, and presentations.

5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Experience Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, visual design, motion graphics, animation, and digital products.
Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of UX principles, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Accessibility (WCAG), and Design Thinking.
Experience building and scaling Design Systems.
Hands-on experience creating motion graphics, explainer videos, product demos, and interactive experiences.
Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Figma Make.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, AI-assisted Design Workflows, and Creative Automation.
Understanding of responsive design, front-end fundamentals, analytics, and A/B testing.

Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Experience in Service Design, Enterprise Product Design, or Design Ops is preferred.
