Head of Delivery

The Head of Delivery, GCC Manila is responsible for leading the overall operations, performance, and growth of the Global Capability Centre in Manila.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Training in operational leadership, shared services management, or process improvement desirable.

Experience:

10+ years’ experience leading shared services, GCC, or delivery centre operations in a complex, service-driven environment.

Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams and centre-wide service delivery.

Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across business and functional areas.

Experience building operational governance, people capability, and scalable delivery models.

Experience supporting centre growth, scope expansion, or operating model evolution preferred.

Technical / Functional Skills:

Strong understanding of shared services or GCC operating models.

Ability to oversee performance, governance, and service delivery across multiple teams.

Strong reporting, issue management, and operational review capability.

Good understanding of controls, compliance, and delivery governance requirements.

Ability to balance operational detail with broader centre leadership.
