Package Consultant-SuccessFactors Talent Mgmt

As a Package Consultant specializing in Success Factors Talent Management, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional solutions using Success Factors Talent Management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions using Success Factors Talent Management modules such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Mgt, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and LMS.

• Conduct Requirements Analysis: Conduct requirements analysis to understand client business needs and translate them into functional solutions using Success Factors Talent Management.

• Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on Success Factors Talent Management tools to ensure successful adoption and utilization.

• Stay Up-to-Date with New Features: Stay current with new features and releases of Success Factors Talent Management modules to maintain expertise and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Troubleshoot and Implement: Troubleshoot and implement key Talent Management modules to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
