Quality Analyst at HighRadius

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Quality Analyst (2–3 years exp.) to design and execute test strategies for scalable web applications and APIs. You’ll collaborate with developers and product managers, validate functional and non-functional requirements, and drive automation coverage while ensuring high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web, API, and database layers.

Perform API testing using Postman or automation frameworks (REST Assured).

Maintain UI automation using Selenium Web Driver (Java/Python).

Validate backend data using SQL queries.

Manage defects through Jira, collaborating with development for resolution.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, QA sign-offs, and release readiness reviews.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Perform cross-browser and responsive testing.

Contribute to QA process improvements and automation coverage expansion.

Requirements:

B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

2–3 years of QA experience in manual + automation testing.

Experience in Selenium Web Driver, API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).

Good SQL skills for data validation.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.

Understanding of defect lifecycle and QA metrics.

Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
