Job Summary
The Track Lead in Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing operations with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is responsible for ensuring that client SLAs are met while empowering teams through effective management strategies. The Track Lead will leverage expertise in CISCO ISE and Palo Alto technologies to drive operational excellence and innovation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Cisco Ise And Palo Alto To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes In Support Of Organizational Planning.
2. Analyze And Understand Client Requirements, Ensuring The Support Team Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Cisco Ise And Palo Alto Security Frameworks.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Leveraging Team Members' Strengths To Achieve Operational Success.
4. Drive Innovation By Proposing And Implementing New Ideas For Process Development Using Industry Best Practices In Security Operations And Management Tools.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs By Effectively Utilizing Cisco Ise And Palo Alto Technologies To Drive Business Results.
