Process Trainer

Job Summary

Develop and deliver training content, including new hire, refresher, and remedial sessions specific to the process. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and translate these into targeted training needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct New Hire / Refresher/ Remedial Trainings
2. Ensuring All The Client Certification Trainings Are Done Within Timelines
3. Create / Update Training Content As Per The Changing Market Trends, Client Requirements Or Training Methodology
4. Compile And Present Reports And Dashboards To The Training Leads That Provide Insights Into Training Progress, Performance Metrics, And Areas For Improvement.
5. Ensure Smooth Transition Of Batches From Training To Production
