MS SQL Technical Lead

Job Summary

Contribute to the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft SSIS, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server projects. Lead a team of developers, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of projects within the defined scope and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in creating, enhancing, and maintaining ssis packages and ssrs reports.

2. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

3. Design and develop complex etl processes using microsoft ssis for data integration and transformation.

4. Create and optimize sql queries, stored procedures, and views in sql server to support reporting and data analysis needs.

5. Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in ssis packages, ssrs reports, and sql server databases.

6. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all sql server databases and reporting solutions.

7. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in microsoft ssis, ssrs, and sql server technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in microsoft sql server integration services (ssis) for etl processes.

2. Strong expertise in sql server reporting services (ssrs) for creating and managing reports.

3. In-depth knowledge of sql server, including tsql, stored procedures, functions, and performance optimization.

4. Experience in leading teams and coordinating with business stakeholders for project requirements.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data and system issues.

6. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
