SME - Microsoft Intune

Job Summary

• Provide expert guidance, implementation, and support for Microsoft Intune solutions across client environments.
• Work closely with IT teams to enhance mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security using Intune.
• Ensure successful deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Intune-based services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Intune solutions for device and application management.
• Develop and implement policies for device compliance, security, and application access.
• Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for Intune deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and tailor Intune configurations to business needs.
• Deliver training and documentation to end-users and IT staff.
• Monitor and optimize Intune performance and security.

Skill Requirements

• 1 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 integration.
• Experience with mobile device management, Windows Autopilot, and application deployment.
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell), group policies, and security compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-101, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
