About the role
Job Summary
The person should have minimum of 6+ years of experience in the Cisco Unified communication domain with hands on knowledge of collaboration services like, Cisco UC, Oracle SBC’s, Genesys pure cloud and MS teams EV etc. with ability to design, implement, upgrade and troubleshooting skills. Note: Cisco UC, Oracle SBC Experience is a must in this case. Technical Skills: 1. Performs device configurations, internal operating system upgrades and software upgrades and deploys Cisco UC/Oracle physical/VM appliances. 2. Installing, Configuring, Troubleshooting and Upgrading Cisco CUBE/ other ISR series Routers with full voice/ VOIP functionality. 3. Installing, Configuring, Troubleshooting and Upgrading analog gateways full voice/ VOIP functionality. 4. Upgrading, installing, configuring, designing, integrations and troubleshooting Cisco UC infrastructure, Oracle SBC’s. 5. Should have knowledge of certificate renewals and update for Cisco UC, Cisco CUBE, Oracle SBC’s etc. 6. Should have knowledge on IP Telephony protocols like SIP, H323, MGCP, T38 and different Codecs and so on. 7. Should have knowledge on capturing and analyzing logs, debugs. And creating case with vendors and sharing logs/debugs with vendors for troubleshooting if required. 8. Working knowledge on Cisco UC/Oracle SBC integration with MS Teams EV and Genesys Pure cloud. 9. Should have experience working with Cisco TAC, multiple vendors, stakeholders for critical issues.

- Soft Skills: Excellent Written, Verbal and Non-Verbal communication skills. Ability to convince with good conflict and dispute management skills.
- Ability to review to contractual documents like SOW's, create documentation Runbooks and SOP's, create Network Schema, PPT for reviews and generate various reports for reactive, proactive, and predictive analysis.
- Ability to quickly learn new, unfamiliar and emerging technologies. Should also have ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of customer and HCL Organization. Should be a self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Should be flexible and dependable, as necessary.
