Senior Technical Lead - Hybrid Mobile App Development

Job Summary

Role Summary:

We are looking for Front-End AI Engineers to build AI-driven, workflow-based user interfaces for a healthcare revenue cycle platform. The role involves working on React-based UI, integrating with AI/ML services and backend APIs, and enabling agentic, task-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality UI components using React Native
Build workflow-driven interfaces for eligibility, referral, authorization, and denials modules
Integrate UI with AI-driven services (recommendations, insights, task orchestration)
Consume and integrate REST APIs / microservices for backend interactions
Implement state management (Redux / Zustand or equivalent) for complex workflows
Work closely with backend and AI teams to enable agentic and event-driven experiences
Ensure performance, responsiveness, and usability of the application
Collaborate with UX/design teams (Figma-based implementation)

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Hybrid Mobile App Development With A Strong Understanding Of Javascript, Typescript, Angular, And Ionic Frameworks.

2. Solid Experience In Code Review Processes, Quality Assurance Methodologies, And Performance Optimization Techniques.

3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Assess Technical Risks And Provide Strategic Recommendations.

4. Strong Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration With Stakeholders And Team Members.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Mobile App Developer (Cmad), Agile Certified Practitioner (Pmi-Acp).
