Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in supporting the SAP HR and Payroll module (on-premises).

• In-depth expertise in managing multiple country Payroll processes (Australian payroll a must).

• Advanced proficiency in handling SAP schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR).

• Strong experience with both positive and negative time management within the Time Management module.

• Strong knowledge of integration and interfaces.

• Collaborative experience working with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HR Payroll with other relevant modules.

• Expertise in developing and executing test plans for SAP HR Payroll implementations and system upgrades.

• Provide ongoing support for users, addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries and issues efficiently.

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for SAP HR Payroll configurations and processes.

• Hands-on experience with Success Factors, with a strong understanding of SF modules (PMGM, EC) preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

Skill Requirements

Must have skills:

• Hands-on experience in Payroll support projects (including Schema/ PCR).

• Strong knowledge of Change Management principles and ITIL processes.

• Minimum 7 years of SAP Payroll experience

Good to have skills:

• Understanding of SF modules (PMGM, EC) preferred

• Basic/ advanced debugging skills, interfaces, integrations skills
