GSK has exceptional capabilities in vaccine science and technologies, including adjuvant/protein and mRNA. In specialty medicines, we are at the forefront of HIV prevention and treatment, and we are building our presence in key therapeutic areas such as oncology and immuno-inflammation. General medicines include our inhaled medicines for asthma and COPD, antibiotics and medicines for skin diseases.

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Leader who is keen to provide expert medical support and contribute to strategic business planning as one of the clinical representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all team members live GSK values and adhere to GSK's work rules

  • Especially when interacting with internal and external partners. To be a role model for GSK values in all aspects of professional work in the team.

  • Provide high-quality training to develop key competencies (e.g.Business Planning, and Area Management & Product Knowledge) of its team members.

  • Develop and implement a business plan for his district

  • Drive team performance by ensuring individual and team accountability.

  • Monitor your team's performance and motivate them to achieve company goals, and ensure the use of the reporting tools provided, and track market trends for all GSK products.

  • Using multiple data sources to analyze the dynamics of area performance, identify

  • trends and opportunities areas in, and to develop, insights and tactical activities that generate business goals

o Bachelor degree, preferably within life sciences, with Good Technical & Professional Knowledge

o Minimum 3 years professional experience with the same position in pharmaceutical industry

o Good communication and selling skills
