Assistant E-Commerce Manager, Vertical

In addition, it has 3 central kitchens in Shanghai, Tianjin and Guangzhou, a R&D Center in Shanghai, and more than 400 Häagen-Dazs stores. Key Performance Area To Support Vertical & LBS EC Director to lead the vertical e-commerce platforms to ensure China ecommerce strategy is fully implemented in the vertical fresh channel. To drive the distribution, penetration and value share through vertical channel platform. Leading and develop Brand E-Commerce business growth via vertical channel platform Oversee brand E-Commerce efforts to ensure the success of new launches, promotions, and maximizing opportunities to drive incremental sales in vertical platforms To collaborate with cross-functional team such as supply chain, sales, marketing, trade marketing to ensure smooth connection between e-commerce partners and distributors. Key Job Responsibility Bachelor’s Degree preferred 5 years of direct and hands-on E-Commerce experience while managing vertical and growing ecommerce platforms Experience with budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures Experience with managing and optimizing online marketing tactics with an emphasis on efficient spending to generate high ROI Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request Candidates with prior O2O management strongly preferred, particularly experience with Frozen Foods category.
