About the role

The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests proactively and deals with all enquiries. Have a complete knowledge of the treatments, products and services offered and prices of these. assists with scheduling and maximises use of time within the treatment schedule. ensures that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance are observed according to guidelines laid down by operating guides.

What you will do

Partner with guests to deliver a warm, personalized, and exceptional spa experience from arrival to departure.

Coordinate wellness journey by aligning guest assessments and treatment recommendations with therapists.

Collaborate with the spa team to ensure timely communication of guest information and operational updates.

Manage and optimize SPA reservations therapist schedules, and treatment availability to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Drive Seamless reception operation through accurate billing, cash handling, and daily reconciliation processes.

Champion operational excellence by supporting compliance, safety standards, and continuous service improvement.

What you bring

Holder of a university degree or equivalent

At least, one year of experience in luxury or five-star hotels.

Has worked at the reception, and preferably at the Spa reception

Excellent communication skills

Time Management skills

A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent understanding of operating standards

Proficiency in English and Arabic, multilingual is preferred

Masters the different Microsoft programs, mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
