Grund sei sind gesetzliche Vorgaben für Betriebskrankenkassen: Sie dürfen nur dort neue Versicherte aufnehmen, wo ihre Trägerunternehmen Standorte haben. **Neuaufnahmen seit dem 10.04.2026 nicht mehr möglich in** den folgenden **6 Bundesländern:** Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Rheinland-Pfalz, Saarland, Schleswig-Holstein, Thüringen **(Bestehende Mitglieder bleiben ganz normal versichert)**
