About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a SC Digital Development Manager to join the Digital Supply Chain cluster.

The Digital Supply Chain cluster aims to streamline the Digital End-to-End roadmap for Ferrero Supply Chain globally. This transformational program leverages modern technologies to optimize Supply Chain processes across our worldwide operations.

By covering this position, you will play a dual role in implementing global solutions that will consistently help operations and supply chain to focus on more value-added activities, investigating the potential of cutting-edge cognitive technologies. Moreover, you will support the SC Analytics workstream to define transportation and warehouse main operative KPIs and design new Operative Dashboards used by supply chain teams globally.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, as Development Manager, you will lead transformational initiatives investigating the implementation of cognitive technologies (RPA, AI, Machine Learning) across global Supply Chain processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.

Moreover, you will support the process mapping workstream by conducting comprehensive analysis of current Supply Chain E2E processes, documenting workflows, and identifying optimization opportunities. You will collaborate with operations teams to map warehouse, customs and customer service processes, creating detailed process documentation that serves as the foundation for digital transformation initiatives.

You will also contribute to the SC Analytics workstream by supporting the definition of key performance indicators for transportation and warehouse operations. Working with data analysts and operations teams, you will help design and implement new Operative Dashboards that provide real-time visibility into Supply Chain performance across our global network.

On top of that, you will collaborate closely with IT department, external consultants and technology vendors to evaluate technology solutions, participate in proof-of-concept exercises, and ensure successful implementation of selected technologies. You will coordinate with stakeholders across different regions to ensure global alignment and best practice sharing.

Finally, you will facilitate change management initiatives to support the transition from manual to automated processes, working with operations teams to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and ways of working.

About You:

With a background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, and 8+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, you bring a practical understanding of logistics operations and cross-functional collaboration. Your experience helps connect strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You’re familiar with digital technologies like AI, RPA, and Machine Learning, and you apply critical thinking and structured problem-solving to drive process improvement. Your knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization supports data-informed decisions and efficiency gains.

Fluent in English and comfortable working across regions and cultures, you bring strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You work confidently with Microsoft Office and have a basic understanding of systems such as WMS, EWM, or TMS. Experience with digital transformation programs would be a plus.
