About the role

We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Account Executive in the USA who is passionate about voice technology and how it is changing businesses. We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with organizations to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will:

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help Eleven Labs meet its revenue goals
  • Identify new business opportunities where Eleven Labs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends
  • Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how Eleven Labs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can help prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction & scale

Location

This role is remote across the US but if you prefer, you can work from our offices in San Fransisco or New York.
