The Field Marketing & Experience team equips financial advisors with the marketing strategies, tools, and resources needed to grow their practices, strengthen client relationships, and deliver exceptional experiences.
As the Branch Channel Marketing Enablement Lead, you will drive advisor adoption of marketing capabilities and programs across the organization. Acting as a trusted consultant and strategic partner, you will collaborate with financial advisors, Practice Management, field leaders, and business stakeholders to develop and execute enablement strategies that increase engagement, utilization, and business impact.
Reporting to the Director of National Field Marketing & Experience, this highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence advisor behavior at scale, support enterprise initiatives, and drive growth through data-driven marketing enablement and change management strategies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute advisor enablement and adoption strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and utilization of branch marketing programs and capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that align marketing, communications, training, and business objectives to drive advisor success and business growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to financial advisors and field leaders by providing recommendations, best practices, and strategic guidance that maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Create and deliver advisor-facing communications, awareness campaigns, launch plans, and enablement resources that accelerate engagement and adoption.
- Partner with Practice Management, Learning & Development, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support change management efforts, improve advisor experiences, and drive successful implementation of new capabilities.
- Leverage advisor feedback, engagement metrics, utilization data, and performance insights to measure results, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize programs and strategies.

- Enable advisors to better leverage marketing resources to strengthen client relationships and grow their practices.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that influence enterprise priorities and improve program effectiveness.
Current Internal Home-Based Associates:
Even though this position is posted as campus-based, home-based associates are eligible to apply and, if selected, may retain their home-based status. Future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work, and some roles may carry a preference for campus-based presence
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, advisor enablement, field engagement, sales enablement, communications, or change management.
- Experience developing and executing strategic campaigns, communications, or adoption initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience using data, analytics, and reporting to measure performance and inform decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree.
- Experience within financial services, wealth management, advisor enablement, or large distributed field organizations.
- Knowledge of advisor-client business models, branch operations, and field marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or related enablement technologies.
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, change management, or large-scale adoption initiatives.
- Knowledge of financial services regulatory considerations related to advisor marketing.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
