What You Will Do:
- Partner across Human Capital, EJ Labs, Process Excellence, as well as with many others to develop strategic workforce plans and ensure that implementation achieves targeted outcomes
- Analyze business priorities and diagnose business needs to support targeted interventions related to workforce planning
- Provide supply/ demand modeling, scenario planning, external research and future-casting research support
- Create and manage work plans, communication, and sustainability processes to support initiatives; provide support involving supply/ demand analysis, creation of materials to use in working sessions, etc.
Current Internal home-based associates please note: Even as a campus-based posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, you may retain your home-based status. However future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for campus-based presence.
What Experience You'll Need:
- Excellent learning agility and interest in developing acumen related to workforce planning, AI, Process Excellence, Upskilling, Sourcing/ Shoring, etc.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability for data driven decision making
- Team orientation and relationship building/ collaborative skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with strong organizational and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong partnership skills and executive presence to collaborate with senior leaders
What Could Set You Apart:
- Prior workforce planning experience is a plus, but not required
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week
