Product Analyst I - Investment Advisory

As a Product Analyst I, you assist in platform management activities for the firm's managed account offerings. You'll have an opportunity to build and maintain a strong network of business partners, and partner with them on challenges, opportunities and solutions. You’ll participate in cross-functional teams of colleagues from Advice & Guidance, Operations, Service, Legal & Compliance, Field Supervision, and Technology. Your responsibilities will include helping to build and execute plans to deliver advisory program enhancements; all while managing the day-to-day needs of the advisory platform.

What You Will Do:

• Data gathering and report creation to help inform strategic business decisions.
• Execution of advisory program policies and procedures.
• This role will also provide the opportunity to learn about our programs, systems, tools, and workflow as you gain subject matter expertise in advisory platform management.

However, future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for campus-based presence.

What Experience You Need:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years financial services, product management, or strategic planning/consulting experience preferred.
• SIE, Series 7 Top-Off, and 66 licenses required within 12 months of hire

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
