Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of digital coordination and SOPs.
• Effective communication and teamwork. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Japanese language required as this role will need to support Japan region

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience coordinating content or merchandising operations.

You will:

• Support logistics and communications for campaigns and site updates.
• Maintain records, trackers, and schedules; ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Prepare regular performance reports and stakeholder updates.
• Identify opportunities for data cleanup and workflow improvements.
