Responsibilities

• Plan and manage new NPU-based AI semiconductor development projects

• Oversee full program management (PMO) including schedule, scope, and quality control

• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among hardware (HW), software (SW), and firmware (FW) teams

• Define and document product requirements (PRD)

• Facilitate R&D communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Identify development risks and perform risk management

• Lead pre-launch activities such as testing, validation, and production ramp-up

• Establish KPIs for development performance and create post-project evaluation reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor or electronic product development projects

• Experience in product planning (PD), technical planning, or project management (SW or HW)

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall development methodologies

• Excellent documentation and communication skills

• Proficiency in reading/writing technical English documents and email communication

• Strong problem-solving ability and data-driven decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing AI/ML chips (especially NPU, GPU, ASIC)

• Proven track record of leading integrated HW/SW development projects

• Experience collaborating with foundries, IP providers, and SoC design supply chains

• Familiarity with requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, SQL, MATLAB, etc.)

• Certified project manager (e.g., PMP)

• Ability to execute quickly and adapt in a startup environment

Employment Type

• Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
