Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients.

• Assist with software integration and optimization of products.

• Analyze customer requirements and propose product improvements.

• Develop and deliver technical training materials.

• Collaborate with internal teams on product development and enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 to 20 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in embedded system software development.

• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming.

• Experience with development and debugging in a Linux environment.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NPU (Neural Processing Unit) or AI accelerators.

• Experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems).

• Experience in hardware and software integration.

• Experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Field Application Engineer.

• Fluent in English.

Employment Type

• Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
