Job Description Summary
- The position will be responsible for Profit and loss of the business vertical, for which timely completion of projects is necessary with support of the respective project teams
- Business Development, Stakeholder management, cross selling, bid and proposal management, Sales outreach.

About the Role:
- experience of 20 years in the field of design, engineering, procurement and construction of retail projects projects.
- demonstrated leadership skills of managing and understanding leasing and project life cycle with developers.
- Client outreach will be a part of his large scope
- Liaison with internal retail teams.
- Help generating RFP for retail business in India and help in converting. Expanding network of engagement by reaching out to retail CEO , Decision makers, APAC larger teams involved in retail development.
- Stabilizing the existing projects with respect to deliveries as SME by contributing in design and engineering.
- Ensuring TAT for RFP through central BD teams, follow up with clients, Meeting clients at stage 1 for engagements, conversion of RFP to business. Involved in delivery and value addition.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.
- Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
- Moderating and speaking in MAPIC or other retail forms
- Reviews financial/business analysis and reports
- Approves and oversees department budget.
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree (BE Civi/ Arch) graduate from College or University in a technical area of study
- Project Management Professional 20 Years & above of relevant experience in in the field of design, engineering, procurement and construction of retail projects
- Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred or large-scale retail operators or occupiers in India and outside of India
- Candidate should have demonstrated leadership skills of managing and understanding leasing and project life cycle with developers and with occupier clients under retail.
- Candidate should have capabilities to manage discussions with retail CEO/APAC leaders, experts who are decision makers or influencers
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
