Position: Construction Project Manager

Role Summary

As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across Taiwan operations. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination, schedule management, risk tracking, and data-driven project governance. You will work closely with local and overseas stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Candidates with experience in logistics, e-commerce, operational transformation, or (program management / PMO environments) will also provide relevant observations.

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project progress and issue resolution.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and Gantt charts.

• Track project risks, proactively escalate issues, and provide timely status reporting.

• Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with global teams using English to support execution and communication across regions.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in construction or project management environments.

• Demonstrated cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination experience.

• Ability to track issues, manage risks, provide timely reporting, and escalate critical items appropriately.

• Experience in project scheduling, milestone tracking, and Gantt chart management.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with overseas teams.

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or data management activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in logistics or e-commerce environments.

• Experience managing operational optimization or last-mile related projects.

• Experience with dashboard creation, KPI tracking, or BI visualization tools.

• Experience in business analysis, data governance, or operational analytics.

• Experience managing large-scale cross-domain project delivery.

• CAD experience.

• Flexibility for business travel.
