Job Summary
This job involves designing and customizing new software applications to enhance functionality and user experience. It includes managing software updates and releases, and working with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet business needs. It mentors junior staff, manages technical documentation, and uses performance metrics to improve software reliability. Collaboration with Quality Assurance ensures compliance with technical specifications. The role also requires management of documentation, analysis of market trends, and participating/leading in collaborative development sessions.

Developed and designed platform leveraging AWS and Google Cloud services
-
5- 8 year’s experience in coding and developing in Golang, Python, R or another comparable language
-
5 + years of experience developing and perform pair programming reviewing using source code such as Github and Github actions
-
Hands-on- experience developing IAC solutions, including working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and/or agent frameworks including but not limited to data engineering
-
Knowledge of Rest of APIs and experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms
-
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration, and deployment and troubleshooting guides.

Experience maintaining architecture diagrams such as sequence diagrams; and software specification diagrams

Leading and bringing new design concepts to the portfolio and being and influencer in development strategies and techniques

Providing technical solutions and support to other IT teams and stakeholders on automation solutions and processes.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT operations automation solutions.

Staying up to date with latest software technologies in the market new technologies and designing your own engineering features that complement the platform.
Role Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic development and implementation of the AI Ops platform and software development solutions.

Evaluating, identifying and developing software solutions in public and private cloud

Expert level experience leveraging AWS to build software and automated testing frameworks

Documenting and recording every aspect of an application or software

Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team

Planning, tracking and scheduling software deliverables in partnership with the program team.

Locating and directing solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interface

Develop continuous improvement techniques to identify problems within software systems and resolving the issues

Developing good working relationships with other employees, such as Managers, Product Owners, Programmers, Engineers and QA.

Extensive knowledge of the software development process and corresponding technologies

Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles

Proficient knowledge of the operation and development designs of agile software

Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to develop software in Golang, Python, or Java

Good understanding of enterprise service bus (ESB) platforms, graph databases, and extensive experience in AWS (MongoDB, Step Functions, SQS, Bedrock)

Continuously search for improvements in processes, enhancing software delivery and operational processes.

Migrated and decommissioned software into a core software implementation strategy

Experience with apis and GraphQL endpoints.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence

Demonstrated success in leading the design and implementation of ITSM automation solutions, including AIOps and Event Management platforms.

Proven ability to provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
