Compliance Analyst (6-month Contract)
- Support and execute globally initiated compliance projects, including conducting compliance risk assessments, completing compliance questionnaires, preparing quarterly compliance testing and monitoring reports, and tracking the rectification of identified compliance risks.
- Maintain and regularly update the company’s internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements and global group standards.
- Assist with general corporate governance matters, including organizing and maintaining board and corporate registration documents, and ensuring timely submission of statutory filings to relevant regulatory authorities.
- Reviewing commercial agreements, other legal document and complete the regular filing work comply with internal policies.
- Provide professional legal and compliance advice on data privacy, contractual rights, dispute prevention, and other operational-related matters to internal teams.
- Organize ad-hoc compliance training activities, assist in reviewing global training materials, and promote compliance awareness across the organization.
- Serve as the primary coordinator and liaison between global functions and local business partners, ensuring effective communication, consistent implementation of global requirements, and timely escalation of issues.
