Pay range:

USD $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 / Year

As a Concierge Team Manager, you'll lead a team of registered professionals who support high-net-worth, fee-paying clients as dedicated operational support for Wealth Advisors and Financial Consultants. You will play a critical role in delivering a consistent, responsive, and world-class service experience while building strong client relationships and long-term loyalty.

This role combines people leadership, operational management, and a strong client-first mindset. You will coach and develop talent, manage day-to-day business operations, and continuously improve service delivery through data-driven insights and process optimization.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location.

  • Workplace Collaboration:

This includes support of SWA's CST Service team when needed and other stakeholders Schwab Wealth Advisory is involved with

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license (may consider a 120-day Conditional Offer of Employment)
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 9/10 license (may consider a 120-day Conditional Offer of Employment)

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFP® or CFA® designation
  • Knowledge of investment advisory products and wealth management service models
