In this exciting role, you'll learn to educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. You'll engage with, and be an advocate for, clients when answering inbound calls, taking ownership, and tackling complex issues to offer the best possible solution. You'll also take charge of your own professional journey by attending the Schwab Service Academy, which provides you with the paid training, study time, and support you need to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.

We offer competitive pay and bonus package that includes:
- Starting compensation of $54,100 during training ($26.01/hr.) plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings
- Potential to increase their total compensation to $61,700 within their 1st year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases:
- $56,100 base ($26.98/hr.)
- 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance
- Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts include up to 20% additional compensation, dependent on shift.

Requirements:
- Ability to work 8:00am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday during Schwab's training program, on-site.
- After training is complete, ability to work assigned shift to accommodate business needs to include evening, overnight, and weekend options.
- Benefits of working evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts include increased compensation and remote work opportunities for qualifying shifts.
- Your Talent Advisor will walk you through the training schedule, available shift groups, and the shift assignment process during the interview.
Example shift groups:

Weekend Day Shift (Start between 5:30am-8:30am MST, includes 1-2 weekend days): Potential to work remote after training IF working both weekend days are assigned

Weekday Evening Shift (Start 10am-4pm MST, Monday-Friday): In office

Weekday Overnight Shift (Start 6:30pm MST, Monday-Thursday): Potential to work fully remote after training Preferred qualifications

Previous customer service or client relationship experience

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university

Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business

Passion for providing service to clients

Motivation to learn about the securities industry including the basic principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactions

Robust communication to include influencing and client engagement skills
