This position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and operates in a mobile, route-based environment supporting approximately 20–30 sites within the assigned territory. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to service calls, and help ensure HVAC systems and supporting equipment operate efficiently and reliably.

  • Coordinate with dispatch, site contacts, facility management, and client representatives to prioritize service requests and resolve issues.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting on supporting systems including electrical components, condensate and minor plumbing systems, sensors, thermostats, relays, and controls.

  • Respond to emergency service calls at critical telecommunications and data center facilities as needed.

  • Operate a company-issued vehicle while maintaining compliance with safety standards, codes, and CBRE policies.

Work Structure & Schedule

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
  • Work Style: Mobile/field-based with a combination of scheduled preventive maintenance routes and dynamic dispatch for reactive service calls.

  • Travel: Typically 2–4 hours of drive time per day depending on route assignments and call volume.
  • On-Call: Required when alarms or urgent service needs arise.
  • Overtime: May be required based on workload and emergency response needs.
