What You'll Do:
- As a member of the CBRE Union Engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and system reliability within a critical operations environment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore equipment and technical systems.
- Support preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and system performance.
- Address complex network and equipment issues that impact facility operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, maintenance schedules, and technical records.
- Participate in system updates, user training initiatives, and technical documentation development.
- Apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex operational challenges.
- Mentor and support team members while sharing expertise across multiple disciplines.
- Lead by example and demonstrate behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values.
- Support operational, project, and service initiatives that contribute to overall site performance.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
