Solution Engineer - Thailand Market, Lark APAC

About the Team:

The Lark Global Partnership Team is a strong and dynamic team and is focused on conveying Lark's value propositions through close relationship with partners. The team’s technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively are key to ensuring our customers’ success and satisfaction. As part of this team, you will work closely with sales, product development and customers to achieve success in customer acquisition and product market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a key stakeholder in the end-to-end sales cycle
• Become the trusted technology advisor for customers, partners and internal teams.
• Own the technical discovery and qualification process to fully appreciate customers' business objectives and pain points
• Provide first-line technical responses during all phases of a sales cycle
• Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept showcasing Lark platforms strengths as they align to customer success criteria
• Partner with Lark GTM teams (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and CSMs) in realizing customers' transformational visions
• Identify customer objections and partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Engineering) to create acceptable solutions

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Min 5 years of solution engineering or solution consulting or solution architect experience in SaaS organization.
• Familiar with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem
• Fluent in English and Thai.
• Experience in building and delivering Proofs of Concept (Po Cs)
• Self-motivated and able to adapt to rapidly evolving product, organization and market.
• Ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours throughout the sales territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with customers in the APAC market, especially Thailand.
• Possess Industry Domain Knowledge such as ICT, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.
• Experience in responding to functional & technical elements of RFIs/RFPs independently and effectively
• Experience with cloud technologies -SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure, etc.
• Experience on approach of problems and polished resolutions
