About the role
To plan, design, and implement manufacturing processes for new and existing products by ensuring optimal utilization of resources, compliance with quality standards, and alignment with production and customer requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical
Key Responsibilities1. Process Planning & Industrialization
- Develop and define manufacturing processes for new product introduction (NPI).
- Ensure process feasibility, efficiency, and readiness for serial production.
2. Change Management
- Handle engineering and process changes in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and smooth implementation.
3. Tooling & MAE Planning
- Identify and plan tooling, fixtures, and Manufacturing Assembly Equipment (MAE) requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement, installation, and commissioning.
4. Process Documentation

Prepare and maintain:

Process flow diagrams
-
Work instructions / SOPs
-
Line layouts and capacity planning
-
Ensure all documentation is updated and aligned with production requirements.
5. Control Plan, Process Flow Chart & PFMEA Preparation
- Develop and maintain Control Plans, PFC and P-FMEA.
- Identify risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.
6. Pilot & Trial Build Coordination
- Plan and execute pilot runs and trial builds.
- Analyze results and optimize processes before series production.
7. SAP Transaction Management
- Create and manage SAP master data, routing, BOM updates, and order-related transactions.
- Ensure data accuracy and system alignment with actual processes.
8. Customer Support & Audit Readiness
- Support customer visits and audits by demonstrating process capability and documentation compliance.
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings.
9. Cross-functional Coordination

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical

Strong knowledge of:

Manufacturing process planning

PFMEA, Control Plan, and quality systems

NPI / industrialization processes
-
Experience with SAP (routing, BOM, order handling)

Understanding of tooling, line setup, and production processes

Strong problem-solving and analtical skills
