Our global Pack is made up of people who thrive on solving hard problems, moving fast, and building technology that protects organizations around the world. We’re proud to be recognized by Forbes, CNBC, Fortune, CRN, Bartner Peer Insights and IDC Market Scape – but what matters most is the work behind it: delivering real outcomes for customers through award winning innovation like our Aurora Platform.

If you’re looking for meaningful work, smart teammates and the chance to make a real impact in a high-growth company that’s redefining security operations, Arctic Wolf is the right place for you!

Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for an IT Enterprise Systems Architect to be part of making that happen.

About the Role

The IT Enterprise Systems Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise IT architecture solutions that support scalable, secure, and efficient business operations. This role partners across IT and business teams to solve complex technical challenges, lead architecture initiatives within defined functional strategies, and support modernization efforts including AI enablement, automation, integrations, and cloud transformation.

The role operates with a high degree of independence, providing technical leadership for architectural decisions while aligning solutions to business objectives, security requirements, and operational standards.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design and maintain enterprise architecture solutions for IT-owned systems and platforms
  • Lead architecture efforts for moderately complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Define integration approaches across SaaS, cloud, and on-premise platforms
  • Support AI and automation initiatives through architecture guidance and implementation support
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations aligned to business needs
  • Ensure architecture solutions align with security, compliance, and governance standards
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and business teams on solution delivery
  • Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, scalability, resiliency, and cost
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members and project teams
  • Contribute to architectural standards, documentation, and best practices
  • Support vendor evaluations and technology selection activities

About You

You’re a collaborative and solutions-focused technologist with a strong foundation in enterprise architecture and modern platforms. You enjoy solving complex problems, working across teams, and building scalable, secure solutions that drive real impact.

What you bring

  • Experience with enterprise systems, cloud/hybrid environments, and integration design (API, SaaS, on-prem)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A thoughtful approach to security, governance, and performance optimization
  • A balance of hands-on execution and long-term architectural thinking

Core experience

  • 8+ years in systems, application, or enterprise architecture (or similar roles)
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure, system design, and security principles
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and evaluate technical solutions

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI, automation, or modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks or security/compliance standards
  • Exposure to vendor selection or mentoring team members

On-Camera Policy
To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews. Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers. We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. If this applies, candidates are required to notify us in advance so we can explore appropriate accommodations.
