EHS Engineer

Qualification Requirements:

1 Bachelor's Degree of environmental or chemical or safety or mechanical engineering, professional in Safety & occupational health
2 At least 5 years EHS related working experience
3 ISO 14001/ISO45001 internal auditor certificate prefer

4 National registered safety engineer prefer
4 Be familiar with China environmental, health & safety regulation
5 Good communication skills, can speak English
6 Be familiar with Office software(word, excel, power point, etc)

Main Job Responsibilities:

1 Environmental

• Establish and maintain relationship with local environment protection bureau;
• Waste & pollution control, testing, inspection management
• Monthly Inspection according EHSOS system standards
• Provide technical support to new project and renovation project
• Conduct regular internal audit and attend external ISO audit
• Chemical management
• ISO 14001 management system maintenance

2 Government Permits

• Environment Permits
• Industry Hygiene Permits
• Special equipment regular monitoring

3 Health & Safety

• Create safety program and increase awareness
• Conduct training on corporate safety initiatives and educate staff and employees.
• Need to create the culture that safety is important through actions and attitude
• Manage the EHS cross function teams to deliver Occupational Health, Safety and Environment results
• Evaluate work area and safety policy implementation
• Lead/coordinate site regular SOT/internal audit
• ISO 45001 management system maintenance
• China National safety standardization system maintenance

4 Fire protection and security management

• Ensure fire fighting protection system is in good working condition at all times by a systematic testing and maintenance procedure.

• Coach and lead site security guards to protect the company property from any loss or damage. Manage security related training.
