AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date5th October 2026 until 1st October.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

An internship vacancy for an Airframe Engineering RFE – DESIGN /STRESS ENGINEER has arisen within Airbus AOSL Puerto Real. The successful applicant will join IAT Design Office.

IAT is a transnational organization with presence in Getafe, Illescas, Puerto Real, Hamburg, Stade and Toulouse. RFE organization, Rear Fuselage and Empennage, is responsible for the design of HTP, VTP, S19, S19.1, Belly Fairing, Landing Gear Doors and CF Wing Covers. EST is currently participating in all Airbus programs: Single Aisle family (A320, A321…), A330, A350XWB family, A380, A400M and Beluga XL. Activities include new developments, R&T support, support to manufacturing and in service support.

TASKS

He/She will be involved in the definition of detailed design solutions tasks to fulfill the development of Structure Design Components as well as in the development and implementation of improvements, modifications, in-service activities of the Structure Design on these components.

He/She will be involved in product definition according to the required Time, Quality, Weight, Cost and Performances of the related engineering deliverables to the program, including: Specs, drawings (authoring), technical documents, V&V plan, and the deliveries of the engineering suppliers.

He/She will collaborate in the definition of technical solutions.

He/She will collaborate providing modifications to the program organization to improve the products and ensure accomplishment.

He/She will collaborate to provide continuous support to manufacturing deviations for solving the non conformances in the parts / concessions.

To create and follow up activity plannings within the team.

To support to team members in the creation and follow up of improvement projects.

To take part in team meetings, held in an international environment.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Recent Graduates in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering.

  • Knowledge in CATIA V5 would be desirable.

  • English :Negotiation level

  • Spanish :Negotiation level
