Job Description:

  • An opportunity for an Supply Chain Operations Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Tablada (Sevilla).

This is the frame for the SCQM job family. For each role (SCQM, SCQS, SQM, SOM, LSCQM...) please refer to your individual job description
Act as interface with suppliers for operational activities

  • Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision
  • Manage/contribute to supply chain & quality aspects of the contract being responsible for On time, on Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance
  • Manage supplier quality Approval ensure that suppliers are compliant with certifications required in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor or support new product introduction, ToW, changes, to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase
  • Assess the Supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development
  • Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions
  • Work out short term recovery plans
  • Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects,
  • Report on supplier operational performance
    Apply the current associated tools to manage all activities related to supplier management

RESPONSABILITIES

Gestionar y supervisar todas las actividades operativas de la cadena de suministro enfocado en la planificación de demanda, aprovisionamiento, logística, gestión de inventarios y distribución.

Gestionar demandas y realizar labores de planificación para las plantas de ADS involucradas en el proyecto de Eurodrone
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para mejorar la eficiencia de la cadena de suministro, reducir costes y optimizar los niveles de inventario.
Coordinar y colaborar estrechamente con departamentos internos como producción, ingeniería y ventas para asegurar una integración fluida de la cadena de suministro.

Proponer mejoras de proceso para la puesta a punto de un proyecto en industralización.
Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con proveedores clave, negociando contratos y garantizando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio.
Analizar datos de rendimiento de la cadena de suministro, identificar áreas de mejora y proponer soluciones innovadoras.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las normativas internas y externas, así como los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
Liderar y motivar a un equipo de profesionales de la cadena de suministro, fomentando un ambiente de alto rendimiento y desarrollo profesional.
Gestionar y resolver cualquier incidencia o desviación en las operaciones de la cadena de suministro, minimizando su impacto.

SKILLS

Grado en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Logística o un campo relacionado. Se valorará positivamente un Máster en Supply Chain Management o similar.
No es requerida experiencia previa, se valorará positivamente una beca o similar en un rol de gestión de operaciones de cadena de suministro, preferiblemente en el sector aeroespacial o de defensa.
Conocimiento de los principios y mejores prácticas de la cadena de suministro, incluyendo S&OP, gestión de inventarios y logística.
Capacidad de adaptación, motivación y entusiasmo.
Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas.
Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en un entorno dinámico.
Dominio del español y del inglés (hablado y escrito).
Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.
