Job Description:

• Full Time Days
• Evaluates quality of patient care and outcomes based on administered treatments.
• Directs and coordinates nursing personnel activities on designated shifts, overseeing staff and patient care.
• Assures real-time documentation, including review of task lists and prompt initiation and sign-off of physician’s orders.
• Advises nurses on the appropriateness of calling physicians.
• Assists staff in using electronic quality management tools to evaluate treatment plans and ensure quality outcomes.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing, Master's of Nursing Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support
• CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$33.70 - $62.69
