THE WORK

As a Mid/Senior Apriso MES Engineer, you will:

• Implement and configure Delmia Apriso MES solutions for clients in the industrial sector.

• Support the integration of shop‑floor systems (SCADA, PLC) with business‑layer applications (ERP, CRM).

• Act as a technical advisor, recommending MES solutions and best practices to Accenture clients.

• Provide technical leadership for a small MES development team, coordinating tasks and ensuring code quality.

• Support and mentor junior MES developers in their daily work.

Flexibility: This role may involve a mix of remote work, onsite work at client locations, or time spent in an Accenture office—depending on project needs. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Proven experience in implementing Delmia Apriso projects within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

• Experience working with MES solutions and a solid understanding of MES/MOM concepts.

• Very good command of English, enabling effective communication with international teams and clients.

• Practical knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL or Oracle.

• Good working knowledge of programming languages commonly used in Apriso implementations: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, C#.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience leading or technically guiding small development teams on MES projects.

• Hands‑on experience integrating Delmia Apriso with ERP/CRM systems and shop‑floor technologies (SCADA, PLC).

• Experience in supporting and mentoring junior developers.
