Abbott Diabetes Care

Abbott Diabetes Care is dedicated to helping people with diabetes better manage their health. Through our Free Style Libre portfolio and advanced sensing technologies, we are transforming the way glucose levels are monitored — enabling better‑informed decisions and improved outcomes.

The Opportunity

Abbott Diabetes Care Nordics is looking for a Demand Manager to join our Finance & Demand organization.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping reliable and analytically driven demand forecasts that support the strategic objectives of the Nordic business. You will work closely with commercial teams to understand market dynamics and translate insights into financial and operational planning processes, including LBE, CDR, and weekly forecasting.

The position sits at the intersection of Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain, offering broad exposure and the opportunity to influence key business decisions in a highly dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain robust demand forecasts based on solid analytical foundations

  • Collaborate closely with Commercial teams to understand market trends and demand drivers

  • Manage product allocation and logistics flows between European distribution centers and Nordic warehouses

  • Lead product lifecycle management for the Free Style Libre portfolio and legacy products

  • Support product introductions and phase‑outs in line with local and EMEAP strategies

  • Contribute to financial reporting, planning cycles, and continuous process improvement

Who You Are

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, including exposure to a multinational environment

  • Background in finance, supply chain, analytics, or operational excellence

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and data‑driven decision making

  • Experience managing business‑critical processes such as demand reviews, inventory, supply chain, or product launches

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Fluency in English; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Power BI and Dodeca experience is a plus)

What Can We Offer You?

Abbott offers a dynamic and international working environment where you can make a meaningful impact on patient care. You will benefit from excellent primary and secondary benefits, a positive working atmosphere, a personal growth plan, extensive training opportunities, and strong career development prospects. Our global presence and diverse healthcare portfolio provide rich opportunities for career exploration and advancement.
