Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

This role is contributing to the EL smart power business in Xiamen China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• AI工具追踪与研究
• 应用场景挖掘
• 负责小范围试点AI应用

Qualifications for the role

• 人工智能或者软件相关背景专业，本科或研究生在读
• 对国内外AI工具有强烈兴趣，具备快速上手新工具的能力，乐于尝试和分享。
• 能够从数字化运营的实际痛点出发，拆解业务流程，判断AI可介入的环节，并提出合理假设。
• 了解提示词（Prompt）设计的基本方法
• 有使用过至少3类AI工具（如LLM类、绘图类、办公增效类）的经验；
• 能清晰撰写测评报告、操作SOP，并能向非技术同事讲解AI工具的使用方法。
• 具有较强的学习和表达能力
• 良好人际交往和团队合作能力
• 好学并愿意接受新事物，做事细心
• 积极的工作态度，有自驱力
